About Me
I earned a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. My passion is to empower individuals and couples to live life to the fullest. I provide a non-judgmental space for clients to work through difficult experiences and come out stronger. I have experience working in a non-profit community mental health agency and private practice serving a variety of people helping to address many different mental health needs. I specialize in helping older teens and adults deal with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. I help clients learn coping skills, set healthy boundaries, and use problem-solving skills to help resolve conflict. It would be my privilege to walk with you on your transformational path of healing.
