I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in helping people cope with depression, anxiety, spiritual issues, stress, women's issues, self-esteem, trauma, and relationships. As I work with my clients, I utilize evidenced based treatment that engages both their heads and their hearts. Before entering the field of mental health counseling, I graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in music education and after teaching for several years, I was a stay at home mom. During that time, I became involved in mom's and women's groups and realized the great need for support in myself and others. These groups allowed me to grow and progress into leadership roles where I discovered my passion for empowering people to live life to the fullest. I use a non-judgemental, holistic approach exploring a person's emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual experience. If you have any questions about my methods, or would like to schedule a consultation, please get in touch today.
